Rykers rides with UNIT

UNIT is excited to challenge for MX Nationals MX2 class honours with young gun Jayden Rykers.

Rykers will run UNIT’s Armatech MX range as he chases a coveted 250cc title in a second season with Raceline Pirelli KTM.

Dominant as a junior rider, he was runner-up as he stepped into the MXD class ranks and claimed second in his debut MX2 showing.

Continuity and class experience will ensure the West Australian is a front-runner when the season gets underway this weekend.

“I’m stoked to be partnering with UNIT for 2018,” said Rykers. “I’m looking forward to putting the new MX gear range to work throughout the season.

“The range has great fit and feel and has an individual look that I am certain will turn some heads.

“I have put a lot of work into preparing for the season ahead and can’t wait to get things going.”

Rykers will campaign various colourways of Armatech gear throughout the 10-round national series.

UNIT will support Rykers and extends its partnership with Yamalube Yamaha Racing and its new lineup of Jay Wilson and Richie Evans for 2018. The brand will also back Australian Todd Waters in his privateer campaign in the competitive AMA Pro Motocross ranks.
